Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Contact form and booking: your name, email, company, the problem you describe and any optional details you choose to share. We use them to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to plan a meeting. Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and your consent where you give it.

AI assistant: the messages you write. We log conversations without IP addresses to review and improve answer quality. If you ask the assistant to pass on your details, we treat them like a contact-form enquiry. Do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.

Analytics: we use cookie-free, EU-hosted analytics that collect no personal data and set no cookies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and lead records: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together.

Assistant conversation logs: 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically.

Who we share it with

We use service providers (processors) for hosting, email, CRM, booking and the AI assistant. Data is stored in the EU/EEA or transferred under a valid transfer mechanism such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask for a copy of it. Email hello@nordiclabx.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

About the AI assistant

The assistant on this site is an AI system, not a person. It answers from approved information about Nordic Labs X and can make mistakes. Important decisions should always be confirmed with our team.
