The client
A dental clinic group with three clinics in western Sweden.
Their X
“People find us, look at the site and then call a competitor. We don't even know how many we lose.”
How we understood it
Analytics showed most visitors were on mobile, and the old site took nine seconds to load there.
Booking required a phone call during opening hours, when most people searched in the evening.
Ads were sending traffic to the homepage, not to the treatment people searched for.
What we built
A new website with one page per treatment and clinic, online booking connected to the clinics' calendar system, and a CMS the reception staff can update.
Ads now go to the matching treatment page, and conversions are tracked without cookies.
Key decisions
- Content written from the questions patients actually ask on the phone.
- 301 redirects for every old URL, so search rankings carried over.
- Cookie-free analytics, so no consent banner blocks measurement.
